This is an in-person assessment of your property; both the interior and exterior. A consultation takes between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the home.

 

A detailed Action Plan Report will be provided at the end of the consultation with recommendations and suggestions on how to effectively prepare your home for sale, increasing the number of potential buyers and ultimately having your home sold quickly and for top dollar!

 

Choose this service if you wish to transform your space using your existing furniture and accessories.  Upon receiving your Action Plan, you may choose to do the required work on your own; however, we can also provide you with a staging proposal if you are interested.

For this service we use homeowner’s furnishing and accessories where possible and may bring in furniture, accessories and art to fit with the existing style and condition of the home. We will also provide recommendations for de-cluttering & re-organization.

 

We will transform your home to appeal to the widest range of buyers, accentuating the best features of your home while minimizing the unfavorable ones.

This is our most comprehensive service, where we supply all the furniture, artwork and accessories. Our design will be customized to the seller’s target demographic buyer, the home’s design style and the budget. We create an individual design plan for your home, selecting color schemes and streamlined cohesive decor that appeals to your target market base.

 

We offer varying package selections to ensure our clients budget and expectations are met. Price will depend on the amount of furniture/accessories required and square footage of your home. Some choose to stage only 2 or 3 rooms, such as the living room, dining room and a bedroom, while others ask for the whole home to be staged. A quote will be provided after an initial consultation.

Vacant properties pose a challenge on the housing market because of their undefined space and scale and lack of emotional connection. Potential homebuyers who are unable to personally and emotionally connect with a home may be hesitant to buy it – after all, a home is about as personal as you can get.
